I just picked up a set of these not to long ago. I expected a little more sound. To me the sounded exatly as the stock pipes did. Maybe a little louder. Hate the use the word louder since these are not at all. They are build to epa 85db standards which stock pipes are made to meet the same standards. I love the mufflers but i bought full sac baffles to replace the stock ones. Now the bike sounds like a harley, stock, but a harley. I put these on my 2012 FLHX. Cat in headpipe with these mufflers and full sac 2" baffles. They should fit any 95 and up touring bike.

I'm not sure about the fit? I can take some measurements in the morning. My guess is they should work.
They were never used on my bike so I can't tell you how they sound, maybe someone can chime in.
Since they are SE pipes I would guess they are a little louder than a non CVO bike. They will look a lot better than a stock Harley pipe plus they are 4 inch. There is also a company called Fullsac that can customize they pipe with different baffles if you like.

I have a set of these on my 02 road king. They also.came off a 2011 cvo. Bolted right up but sounded just like the factory road king pipes I replaced them with. I also went with fullsac 2" baffles, sounds really good now. Loud and deep, but not too loud like the set of drag pipes I tried.
