True Track
I removed this from a 2008 Street Glide and I believe that there are several other year models it will also fit. I sold the bike and it is like new, the model number is LR 3011. $200.00 including shipping in the US SOLD

I get a front tire wobble but mostly between, 30 and 50 mph. Will this help or is this for some other Harley issue?

Andy try Dynabeads.
I use them in my bikes & they may solve your problem.

This does not sound like a True Track cure, as others have suggested it might be a tire (air pressure/balance/warped rim) issue.

Picked up my "new" lowers this afternoon from Jimmy. Maybe a little nicer than described. Thanks dude!
The True Trac I looked at looks new! I couldn't tell where it had even been mounted. A pretty good price if you're looking for something like that.
