Default Russell Day-Long seat for 08 and up Touring ** Price drop

$600 OBO + actual shipping costs

It started life as a standard HD Sundowner 08 and up (HD #52093-08A) . Sent it out to Russell for their make over. This is the most comfortable seat bar none... They make them for all the Iron Butt guys. I have gone thru 10 or more seats, and this is it. It fixes the problem of those two 'sit bones' that contact the seat....

Look at http://www.day-long.com/. Really read thru the site... Best Cush for the tush...

Seat has 20 miles on it, being driven to my dealer to show it off ( bike was totaled the following day with my Corbin solo on it ). You have to get inline with them, send your seat out and wait and wait.... but here ya go, no waiting...

The Sundowner retails for 299 and they did 600+ of work including shipping both ways.... I also has the notch for the optional drivers backrest..

Scott

Russell Day Long saddles, the most comfortable seat ever. Here's mine...... The first pic off the bike is a Corbin solo converted to a Russell, sold it after I sold the 2003 RK. The second seat was a C&C solo found on eBay then sent to Russell and wahla, the 800 mile a day seat was born. It really is amazing.

Can you be a bit more specific with what was done? Did it have the "heavy duty suspension?"

Does the driver's portion of the seat have some scratch marks or small holes in it? It looks like there is something "not normal" in the picture you've provided.

Also, what backrest works with the seat, Russell or Harley?

Does the seat include the backrest?

Its just the camera phone. If you are seriously interested pm me with your email and I will send photos... The backrest only works with Russell... I 'believe' it is $250, but you can check w/ them
