$150 plus shipping in US. This fender is off my 07 FLHTC has small ding on back tail that's barely noticable when on the bike. I'm sure it could be taken out without much effort, I rode with it for a month and noone ever commented on it. There are a few pin size spots that barely show on the front. It has a bracket that lowers and levels the fender. I only took it off because I wanted one without rivets and went back to two-tone. The last picture is before the ding just to show how it fits.
