No road rash, buckles and chrome shines, and plastic buckles are in working order.
There are a few scratches between the buckle straps, not very noticable and most are covered when the bags are closed.

 

What year RKC are they from?

 

Not exactly sure, I'll look when I get home...the do fit my 2011 if that helps.
