The "cap" is the piece that has the buttons and ign switch...

Thanks Casper, and no there are no mirror holes... also no holes for the throttle,,,its a 2012

The holes were reomved when they went to TBW and removed the throttle cables. No mirror holes as it is an Ultra not a Street Glide.
