Brand new implies yes they do come with all parts including the adapter (does not include foam for the inside of fairing)

 

Also, the amp is j&m

 

Is it the 2 ch amp? And plug&play?

Sure I want to sell it but I don't know anything about the amp, I know it's a jm 250 watt amp and it installed pretty easy.

 

Selling because I am not happy with the bass response of the J&M system. I have 4 speakers total, two installed, two brand new, wil be swelling the other pair once they come out of my bike.
