They will work without other modifications .... I have the 15303 series Rush ( with 1.75 baffles ) on my scooter ( 2009 FLHTCU ) and they sound great and it runs excellent ... however, if you add a low restriction air cleaner assy you should at least have a Stage 1 download done to ensure that you're not going too lean .... $200.00 shipped is a real fair price .... mine have been on for 3 years and they still look great! Hope this helps.
