Default New HD Reduced Reach Seat for 08 later Touring Models Pics
I bought this for my 2012 RG but it didnt quite get me low enough. Dropped me about 1 1/2" and forward about the same. I used it for about 4 hours. Bought another seat and had it modified.
Will let this one go for $200.00 shipped to lower 48. HD Part # 52619-08A

Fits '08-later Touring and Trike models. Installation on '12 FLTRXSE and FLHXSE3 models requires removal of fender trim strips. Seat width 15.0"; passenger pillion width 13.0".

I'm not sure about the 2013 Street Glide....but it does fit 08 and later touring models and fits my 2012 Road Glide...are the 2013's out yet?
