HD Touring front lowering kit# 54628-06. Bought for 08 FLHX project and never used. BNIB. Fits 06-08 touring models except RK& Police.These sell for $99.95+tax at the dealer. Will sell for $75.00 shipped in CONUS

The Specs say it fits that bike, so i think its safe to say it would.

Do you know if it is something a novice could install on a bike or is it pretty difficult to do?

Novice? I think if you have the rite tools and some mechanical ability you can do it. If you have a lift or motorcycle jack and a good set of tools and a free afternoon, it could be banged out! Process could inculde removal of your fairing, front fender and wheel. Take apart fork tubes ( might need a fork tube clamp ) some new fork oil seals, o-rings, quad rings, and crush washers cause you dont want to use the old stuff. some new HD type e fork oil. This is just off the top of my head. Let me know if your still interested. thanks
