This is off of my 2008 Street glide. All parts are in excellent condition. There are no marks, tears, or broken threads on the pad at all and only some paint removed where the backrest pad stem slides into the main bracket. The adjustment hardware (cable and brackets) were never installed as I have long legs and kept it in the rear most position. Instructions included. I believe this would fit touring models from '97 to '08.
