Smooth Sundowner 2009 and up

Just bought a Streetglide stitched Sundowner to match the rest of my stuff and now I am parting with my smooth Sundowner.
Excellent condition, used only a handfull of times.
I can get the exact part number tonight if necessary.
Looking for $175 shipped to Cont US or will take the best offer.
Paypal is preferred.

And I stand corrected, it is for an 08 and up.

Fits '08-later Touring and Trike models. Installation on '12 FLTRXSE and FLHXSE3 models requires removal of fender trim strips. Seat width 16.0"; passenger pillion width 14.0".
