Is the cruise still available and do you know if it will work on a carb'd bike?

The cruise is still available. I am not 100% sure on that. I do know that a friend of mine has a 1996 SGlide and when he had the bike apart I looked at the cruise and it looked the same as the one that I had on my 06 but I cant guarantee it.

I'm not sure if it will fit. The part # is 70955-04. I tried looking it up yesterday to find out what all it fits but I was unsuccessful. I do still have it though.
