Drag Specialties, Hotop Designs, Chrome, Curved Lay-Down License plate frame. I just bought this from another forum member and received it today. It is used, but it's in great condition, you might need to replace the 4-screws in the corners, the Screwdriver slots are a bit rounded.

I liked his description so I copied it (hope he doesn't mind)

Got a Drag Specialties curved lay down liscense plate kit for sale. Excellent shape. Fits 3 hole HD set up, perfect for Road King Classic bikes.

This is part # 7807-0114 and retails for about $68.00.

This is really nice, but unfortunately, it won't fit my custom application.

Here's info from Drag on fitment, looks like it should fit most fenders with the 3-hole pattern(except Bobbed fenders).
