Nostalgia saddlebag guard rails

I got these a couple of months ago thinking how great they were going to look on the road glide but forgot about my rear fascia. Not going to work without some modification to the fascia and I like the rear fender right now. Never been installed. $140 shipped. Hd #91286-09. Just for the rails. Not the guards up front.

So never been installed on your bike or any bike??Thats a great price if these are brand new.What year(s) do they fit? And does this include the front mounting bars also?Thanks Tim..........o~`o...............
