Looked up the price think it was just under 50 new. what would you take?

I have P/N 53341-97A on my Road King. In good shape, but has been used by the previous owner. I am looking for a detachable, and unfortunately, I missed out on yours. I would sell mine for $140 without the pad. It retails for $220. Let me know if you are interested.

Not sure who you were offering parts to, but it appears as though the setup I sold to nvsteve isn't quite right.
If someone is looking for detachable brackets, maybe they can work something out with him?
I have no idea what happened here.
