Are they free from the catholic converter ? and will it fit a 2011 RG? oh yea Price ?

There is not CAT on the headers. You'd have to check with your Harley Rep, but I believe it would fit the 11 RG.

I was mistaken, there is a catalytic converter.

I thought they were on California Emission bikes.

The tour bikes only have CATS in the collecter starting 2008 per my dealer.
