I have a thunderheader 2 into 1 that came off a wrecked 09 street glide I am rebuilding. The bike was side swiped on the L/h side and I guess at some point the pipe got scratches on the heat shields on the pipe. I dont think the heat shields are dented just scratches. You could either powdercoat the system in black and not use the heat shields or buy replacement chrome ones from thunderheader. I went with a full rinehart dual setup on the bike. Its complete as removed. I will get pics if there is interest in it. I know alot of people talk about how the love them.
