08 FLHX Adjustable Rider Backrest

Hi,
I have an adjustable rider backrest from my 2008 Streetglide.
It looks almost exactly like the comfort stitch Harley one but the seat locks in place a bit different than the HD version. I'm not sure who makes this one, it was on the bike when I bought it. Great condition and works the same as the actual HD one. It may just be an older version from HD. At any rate, the HD one is $210 for the bracket and $100 for the pad, I'll take $150 for the set shipped within the CONUS.
