09-up black short passenger backrest sissy bar and large pad

I bought this when my wife wanted a different set up, but she is 6 feet tall, and said even with the large pad, it was too low, so I bought a tall one, and it worked for her, so this one is for sale. I picked up the sissy bar here, and the pad from a local dealer. I paid $125.00 for the bar, and 75 dollars for the pad on closeout, so I will let it go for $150.00 shipped to you. It is the gloss black low sissy bar, and the large - about 13 inches wide, and 11 inches tall - pad, no studs, etc...Please email me for my paypal info cricket1164@yahoo.com , (NOT my paypal email, info only) Thx.
