97-08 detachable tour pack mounting rack

I recently purchased a tour pack from a forum member. It included everything needed to mount to an 08 or older touring bike, but mine is a 2011. So, I used everything except the detachable mounting rack. The original selller said it had been used only once. It certainly appears to be brand new.
This is part # 53276-04 in the catalog. HD is $179.95. Surdyke is $148.04. Zanotti is $141.74. I'll let it go for $100.00 plus shipping via paypal.
I failed to mention I do have the U tube bracket to go with the bracket shown in the pics.
