Like new, 1 with US flag and 1 with Marine Corps flag. These fit under the back of the rack and allow full use of the rack. I've got a new Limited and ordered the regular style for that. They don't fold down but an Allen wrench to loosen 1 screw and the flag pole skips right out for storage leaving the mount on and out of the way
