I have used this seat for about 18-months and I just cannot get comfortable with it on long rides. Perhaps someone else will have better luck. For a bar hopper bike this thing would be great for me. The seat is beautiful and very well made and looks kick a$$ on my bike and I hate to part with it. I'm a 250lb guy and think someone in the 200lb range might be more comfortable than I was. I don't have to sell it, so low ballers need not waste their time.

The stitching is Orange and the pattern is called blade. The stitching in the riders seat is faded some, but the pillion and backrest are not. The seating surface is Leather.

Overall the seat is in good shape. There are some stress marks in the leather of the solo, but no cracks. The pictures show some indentations in the solo that was the result of something sitting on it in the cabinet. The indentations will remove themselves. The pillion was only on the bike once and is literally like new. The backrest was used as much as the solo, but shows no wear.

The solo will sit you down 1 to 2 inches lower than stock and 1-inch back.

I had this on my 2009 RG so it should fit most if not all 2008 and newer touring. This setup new from C&C is $675 + shipping. I'm asking $400 shipped to the lower 48.
