I put them on the bike, did a couple short (<5 miles) test rides, then did one decent ride on them - about 200 miles - and that was it. So they are about as close to new as you can get.

I weigh about 160, but these are sprung for someone heavier than me, around 180# I think. Howard is pretty good about working with folks on getting the springs dialed in if you're concerned about that.
