Default Sold-Ohlins Shocks For Sale

They have been sold......Thanks!

have a set of Ohlins shocks for sale. They are the #2/1 which are 11 5/8 long. They are like new and were only on my 03 Road King for a month. The only reason I am selling these is because I have two sets of them. I bought the first set from Howard and had a seal blow. It was going to be about 4 weeks down time untill Ohlins could get them back to me and I already sold the factory shocks. So, I bought another set from Howard.

400.00 shiped to your door.

Default Ohlins Offer of Customer Satisfaction

At the time I thought you were out of your mind but, hay, who am I? Because of jrhd1 (real name kept under secret/need to know) being a really good customer, I will: re-Valve and re-spring (if the springs are in good condition for exchange) these shocks for the next owner. I will not pay for your shipping, so do not even ask. Now is there any more objections not wishing to buy these shocks from jrhd1? Please do not call me about this until you purchase them and than let jrhd1 make all of the arrangements if so needed.

These shocks have a serial # and I know who I sold them to. If you bought a set from someone else/vendor other than me, no I will not re-Valve or re-Spring your shocks.

Is Howard going to honor the 5 year warranty or is that only for the original buyer?

They should fit up to a 08, maybe Howard could let us know. They are like new and have less then 1000 miles on them. Also, they are still in the factory box. The only reason I am selling them is because they cost to much just to keep on the shelf. Like I said before, Ohlins was very busy and it was going to be like a month before I would be able to get the first set back. So, rather then looking at the bike I bought another set. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions 513-836-7021.

Thanks, Jim

Why couldn't Howard repair the seal?

Same question, Howard. Why couldn't you repair the seal?

I would have to say it is a manufacture warranty. But, Howard took care of the paper work and made sure Ohlins paid for the shipping.
