sheesh.....It's not easy because I think OP is not sure what he has. He has a part # listed for a solo quick detach but says he used it for 2 up? Then he has a part # for an '09 listed too. The solo rack uses mounting points other than the one the OP shows as well.
To me, this looks like a 2up quick detach tour pack rack which is part # 53276-04
Just trying to figure out what exactly this is, he may be able to sell it then. Apologies if I am wrong

Like I said, the 2 part numbers show exactly the same part on the HD site (confusing) I know sorry... I did use it for 2 up on my 2008 RKC with a leather TP and used the brackets pictured as docking points, it worked so not sure what else I can say. Your part number 53276-04

Fits '97-'08 Road KingŪ, FLHT, FLHX and FLTR models equipped with required docking hardware. FLTR and FLHX models require Antenna Relocation Kit P/N 76326-00A. Does not fit with Layback License Plate Mounting Kit P/N 53385-00. Some EU registration plates may interfere with Tour-PakŪ Rack. Models with rear fender tip trim can be adapted with the separate purchase of License Plate Relocation Kit P/N 60095-00A.
