PCV is from Fuel Moto, their part number 15-807. Purchased in April 2010 and used for 5 months. It fits all touring models 02-06 and Softails from 09-11. Any questions on this please call them at (877)729-4754, they're great to work with. It came with a 2 year warranty and lifetime map upgrades. I sold the bike and it won't work on the new one. $215 shipped to lower 48 states.

I could not find on their websight if the lifetime map upgrades are only good for the original purchaser. Would you know?

 

Does it come with the paperwork where you bought it from them, that way the 2nd buyer could just use you name and purchase info to use the warrenty and free map upgrades if it has this I'd be interested

The lifetime maps go with the PCV as long as you have the receipt. It would be included with the sale.

 

Yes, I have the paper work. When I talked to Fuel Moto, they told me that everything is transferable. You could use your own information.
