Update:

ITEM HAS BEEN SOLD!

Decided to make this a bit simpler. Removed the Passing Lamps and Turn Signal Assemblies from the mounting bracket per the Factory Service Manual. Now have two lamp/turn signals in perfect condition ready to mount:
