I blacked out my ol 07 SG and sold it like that. I still have the stock Chrome covers. Were on my bike for about 20K miles. Excellent condition. Perhaps you have an Electra Glide and want to chrome out the silver covers, experiment on a custom color, or had a mishap with your bike.
