HD Comfort Stitch Rider Backrest

I have a HD Rider Backrest Part# 51564-09 Complete w/ mounting bracket and all bolts to install. Mounting bracket kit# 52589-09
The Backrest is in excellent Condition and only 15 months old. I bought it new and have the installation and part # sheets. I paid 189.95 plus tax. I will take 100.00 shipped. It will fit all touring models 08 and later.
