I'm 5'7" and do quiet a bit of highway riding. The shield doesn't work for me at highway speeds, but if I did mostly back roads it would be fine. Some guys that are taller than me say the 6.5 works fine for them. But for me I have found 8-9 inch windshields work best.

Thanks. I'm 6'1" and want one for traveling. I would use the stock for running around locally. Thanks for the info.
