PCIII and Riders backrest for sale

I have a PCIIIr and a riders adjustable backrest in excellent shape - I've never used it for sale. Asking $145.00 for PCIIIr and $100 for the backrest. Thanks.

The backrest has been sold and the PCIIIr should fit 2001 and up FI models. My ECM has the large (5-6") ECM not the standard one so I can't use it.
