It is real....real good shape and a really good idea if you are considering a painted dash for your Street Glide. You can have this one painted rather than having to either take your bike apart while your painter (most known for being notoriously slooooooow) takes his time painting your dash and losing out on valuable riding weather.

You can always sell your stock dash once it's all completed and recoup the pittance that I am asking for this dash.

 

Is this inner fairing the mat black stock fairing and are there any scratches or gouges?

 

It's a black stock fairing and there are no scratches or gouges in the fairing. It might have some normal wear and tear that a fairing that was on a bike for about 1k miles might have, but I couldn't see anything with my 20/20 vision eyes.
