I.D.S. Drive system new in the box. Harley #40287-07. Bought the kit way back when, opened it up, looked at the parts, chucked em back in the box and tossed the box on the workbench and promptly forgot all about it. Decided that I don't wanna put it on the bike so looking to sell.

Fits '07 Touring (except Japanese) models equipped with Original Equipment and Harley-Davidson® accessory wheels. Will not fit with 80-Spoke Laced Wheel P/N 42954-04, Polished Spun Aluminum Disc Wheel P/N 43760-03 or Slotted Six-Spoke Wheel P/N 43932-02 (chrome) or 43933-02 (black).

Looking at $190 (New price,how about $175?) shipped to you in the lower 48, Alaska and Hawaii will of course be more...no international, too much monkeyin round.

This is a dumb question but what is a isolated drive system? Do you have any pics thank you.

 

It's a dampening system that retrofits to 07 touring bike rear wheels. Is now standard.

 

its the clunking noise you here on the 08 and above

 

Actually it's the 07's. Some did it some didn't. My 07 did not but I added the 07 anyway.

 

Been away a few days...dang work thing ya know.
