"Top-stitched" backrest pad part# 52924-98A fits 94-08 touring. Luggage rack part #53011-98 fits 94-08 touring. All three together were $480 plus tax when purchased. In perfect shape, no scratches, rips, tears, or marks. Literally like brand new. Asking $300 plus shipping.

Well it looks like I'm going to be selling this thing in pieces :-) No problem. Rather than respond to everyone independently I'll just say that I'd like to get $150 plus shipping for the rack only and $50 plus shipping for the backrest pad only. upsraycrr, you've got first shot at the rack since you were the first to PM me.
