This auto adjust the tension on the primary chain for perfect tension . The manual adjusters just have to be serviced all the time. Stay out of the primary and protect you're investment with this. This does not fit twin cam according to the website you pointed to, I have an 05 I guess the M6BT01 is for 01-06 , other wise I would've taken it from you.

 

BT6595 fits TC bikes up to 2000
