Default Fork Lock Cover Clock

Another part that i retained since selling my RK, is a fork lock cover clock. works perfect. nice item and practical.

Asking $40 shipped.

that doesn't appear to be a marlins is it a riders passion or an ebay model ? how old is the battery ? is the battery easy to change ?

Does the fork lock key, need to be modified at all when this clock is installed?

the fork lock key does not need to be modified at all. it fits right through the hole when mounted. it also comes with two chrome screws that are a tiny bit longer than stock so it can be mounted.

i got it as a gift one christmas from my wife, she says she bought it from jp. it was a few years ago, and i dont see a brand. as for the battery, i replaced it during the winter, so it should be good to go for as lo1ng as batteries last! i had a couple batteries to change, so i stopped in a local jeweler and he did it. cant be hard to swap, he did all 3 watches in about all of 10 minutes.

i tried to do some research as to the brand, and i still don't know. all i know is the chrome finish is still beautiful (i believe it is actually nickel) and this is definitely not one of them chinese ebay specials. i saw them...what garbage!

at any rate...price drop to be competitive.

JFYI, I bought one of these from a company called "Clocks4bikes.com". My guess is it is one of theirs, very good quality. I have bought several differeent ones from them and they all have performed flawlessly. This is a good price on this one.
