Will the vance and hines mufflers work on a 2001 electra glide classic and how loud are they?

Putt told me the part number is - V16725
They should fit 95 -08 This is a good price.

where does one buy the metal hardware for the windshield? i cant seem to find it anywhere...

Default V&H mufflers
Just got to see the mufflers and looks like they are blue at the clamps. Cant really tell.Please let me know, I AM INTERESTED.
