So a 6.5" KW is what I'm planning to go with. How tall are you, what did you not like about it, and what are you going with now?

I'm 5'10" with a 30" inseam. With the standard Street Glide seat the KW was ok. For whatever reason, the combo of my apes and a Road Glide seat made the windshield unbearable. The buffeting was so loud that I couldn't hear the stereo at full volume OR the exhaust at 70-80mph where I ride the most.

I first switched to a SE Ultra shield (2-1/2" under, or 9.5" tall IIRC) and it was great. But my bike looked like a grandpa machine. So I got a 8" dark smoke Windvest. It is bearable, both riding and visually.

Seller finaly wants to give me my money back so here a few pics of the real condition of the windsheild .. It was mounted for a quick ride around town then pics taken off in 1 day.

Holy crap dude! That thing is JUNK! I'm glad you're getting your money back. That was totally misrepresented.
