How wide is the belt this pulley would accept? 1", 1.5"?

I believe it fits 07 and 08 Touring bikes. I got it off eBay, listed under the wrong number, for my Heritage.

I'm looking for a 1.5" 70 tooth. I wasn't sure about that when I posed the question.
