Auxiliary Lamp Bulb Kit - Smoked with Lens Optics

These came with an ebay auction that I won, I swapped them out for the clear lens one's. I never used them or hooked them up. Make me any offer with shipping included.

Is this the whole kit? I took a look at this and IIRC some wires had to be cut and spliced. It wasn't a plug and play thing. Let me know and I'll make an offer.

Actually the part # is 68273-03A. Is this the same kit?

Only the bulbs are for sell, these where removed from the aux. driving light assembly and I installed my new lights. The wires that where in the assembly worked on my new lights.
