Fits 1998 and later models equipped with an oe radio or 1996 and later models with a road tech radio. I have used this set up for a couple of years, works fantastic. Has one mounting stud twisted off when lock nut was over tightened, can't be seen when mounted, poses absolutely no problem (still has 3 more holding the unit to the mount), nothing at all wrong with this unit.
