Is this the exact same length as the consoles on HD's long console models, EG's, Ultra's etc?
I have an 05 EG and need the long console that will accommodate my Mustang short nose seat that I bought for my RK custom.
I have the filler (tank trim) HD offers now and do not like the look.

 

It is actually longer than any stock harley dash I have ever seen. It can be trimed down to whatever length is needed. It can also be used on stretched tanks. I will get you an exact measurement on the length is you would like.

what do you use for a fuel cap?

 

any pop up gas cap will work such as the one that Paul Yaffe sells or the FBI cap.
