This exhaust pipe is for the 07-08 FLTH,FLHR,FLTR models but can be used on prior models by pluging the O2 senser bungs. This pipe is got some light scratches that would not be seen once mounted and would concider it a 7.5 out of a 10. If your looking for a good used pipe cheap this one is for you.

yes it does, the pic look like it has blueing but it does not, i'll try to get a better pic of it tonight, heres one of it on the bike...
