I just bought a 21x3.5 performance machine heathen platinum cut wheel which has a couple scratches on the lip on both sides. They are so very small and they were touched up. The wheel looks awesome but i decided i really want a riviera or diesel model. From what i was told the mechanic scratched the wheel putting it on .There is nothing wrong with it except for the scratches. I just really like the wheel but thought about getting the riviera instead.It did have a tire and rotors mounted. If no one is interested ill just get a tire and rotors and put in on.
