Thanks for your inquiry.

They are sold.

But to answer your question.

HD considers them polished. Not Chromed.

OEM stands for Original Equipment. They are commonly refered to as stock and with 4,000 miles on them they would be considered take offs.


Quote from the HD website.

Polished Brake Rotors

Complete the custom look with polished brake rotors, styled to complement Original Equipment or custom wheels. Manufactured to Original Equipment specifications, these rotors are polished to a brilliant mirror finish. Kit includes chrome-plated mounting hardware.

You have stock oem rotors not polished

I know it doesnt matter now, but you said you had polished ones and you didnt you had stock ones that dont sell for 139 dollars each ,but what ever have a good one
