Boy did I screw up. My best friend just traded his 97 RKC and bought a 2010 Ultra on Sunday. Wife and I wanted to get him a “bike warming” present so I stopped at the dealer today and picked up a Premium Tourpack Rack. The box wouldn’t fit into my tourpack so I took the rack out of the box so I could transport it home. As soon as I got home I proceeded to take out the rack and and lean it against my workbench where it tipped over and nicked a small piece of the chrome. Needless to say, I can’t give this as a present for my buddies brand new Ultra. So my fu@#k-up might be a good thing for someone who doesn’t demand absolute perfection. It’s almost impossible to take a pic of this blemish but I did my best. It’s about 1/8th in size, but it’s there. The last pic probably shows it the best. The rest of the rack is perfect. Maybe someone out there can fix it or can just use it and not worry about the nick. Part No. 53665-87. All the mounting hardware and instructions are there. Other than my f@$ck-up this is brand new and never mounted. I’ll take $65 shipped anywhere CONUS. PAYPAL.
