Both are litterally brand new. Had some damage to my bike in which the original backrest and pad were replaced. These are the brand new replacement parts. Never been installed on the bike. Chrome is perfect, what you see in the pictures are finger/hand prints. Pad is immaculate. MSRP for both is $269.90 + taxes. Asking $175 plus exact shipping via FedEx ground based on ship to address. Nope not at all. *** far as I knew I was the only one responding. We were negotiating a deal and I guess he decided to sell it to someone else in the middle of it. Not the way I do things but that is me.

 

52935-04 is the SHORT detachable backrest...in any case not a good way to do biz here or anywhere else....
