Default Clearview Shield For Road King - 19.5" With Recurve - Used 1 Time

** SOLD **

Gentleman, (and ladies)....

I purchased a stock height Clearview Shield, with recurve and clear, only to learn that it is too short for me after I took the plastic off, and now can't return it. This is an excellent shield, for not only is it well made, but it is much thicker than stock, and doesn't vibrate with the engine. My loss is your gain on this one, for I waited 7 weeks for it to arrive at my doorstep. I need to have a custom sized shield made for my height / riding style, so I am going to let this one go for the new / low price of $115.00 (as of 8/17/09), which will include shipping - you will pay almost $200.00 for it from Clearview, and wait a long time to get it. It is in excellent shape, and I will pack it up nicely for you (I own an e-commerce company, so I know how to pack things well). Let me know if you are interested via a pm here, or you can send an email to roadkingkamchi@yahoo.com

Here is the information from the Clearview website:

• Clearview Shields has been Handcrafting Shields in the USA for Over 20 Years

• 4 Different Heights Available to Tailor the Shield Height to Your Height
• Upper Recurve Pushes the Air Up Higher Creating a Larger, Quieter Pocket
• Nylon Collars to Insulate Screws and Help Protect from Over Tightening
• Shipped with a Clear Protective Film that allows Installation and Testing
• Can be Polished, Buffed, and is Safe to use Rain-X Original Clear Formula

Upper Recurve
• Pushes the Airflow 1.5" - 2" Higher
• Creates a Better Pocket with a Shorter Shield
• Makes the Shield More Rigid
• Adds a Nice Look to the Shield

Note: These Shields are Designed to Mount to the OEM Harley Brackets. The brackets are not included, but it will come with spacers, and complete installation instructions.

On a side note, it took me 45 minutes to swap shields, and I am no handyman to say the least...

Thanks!

Andrew

It is stock height - 19.5 inches with a recurve... thank you for your interest. They do make them shorter, and the product is second to none...

Here is the Clearview website:

The first picture is the Road King with the 19.5" recurve in clear, which is what I am selling.

For what it is worth; I recently bought an adjustable rider's backrest from Andrew, and the transaction couldn't have went more smoothly. He's a stand up guy, a good communicator, packages carefully, and ships quickly. You will not be disappointed in dealing with him.

Wow, thank you for that! I guess that is why I also have almost 2000 feedbacks on eBay at 100%. I take selling / shipping things very seriously, and treat people as I want to be treated... I hope someone benefits from this amazing deal!

I would take it in a heartbeat but it won't fit the SERK bolt pattern! It's the same bolt pattern as the Road King Custom....7 bolt holes. I would have to change out the frame.
