Includes plastic throttle sleeve/ grip assembly for easier installation and adhesive for left grip installation. These custom Cushion Grips include etched "Bar & Shield" logos and are available in black with chrome end caps.
Fits '96-later XL, XR, DynaŽ, SoftailŽ, VRSC™, and '96-'07 Touring models.

The above is from a dealer web site,however the box states that the grips fit 82 and later models without handlebar filler valve. Grips are new and in the original blister pack however the adhesive for the left grip is not included.
